We advise against making claims of recyclability for two reasons:
1) Nothing is ever really 100% recyclable. There will be adhesives, inks, coatings, etc that will be discarded during reprocessing so technically it isn't 100% of the packaging.
2) We have seen instances in the past of direct competitors threatening legal action when this kind of claim has been made on packaging.
Obviously, the decision lies with you, but we would ask that if you do make any claims on-pack that these aren't connected with the OPRL in any way.
