# Are there any restrictions on using the RAT to produce recyclability assessments for my customers, members, or clients?

According to Clause 41 of the OPRL membership terms, members are **not permitted** to use our tools to provide assessments for their customers, members, or clients.

If your customers, members, or clients need a recyclability assessment, they must also become members of OPRL.
